These terms describe how you may use CFGORA. They should be read together with the Privacy & Data Handling and Security pages.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CFGORA. By connecting a Jira Cloud site or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy & Data Handling policy.
CFGORA provides read-only Jira Cloud configuration health monitoring. The service runs scans, stores saved scan summaries and findings where your plan allows, presents investigations and recommended remediation plans, and may send notifications according to your settings. CFGORA is a monitoring and recommendation tool — it does not automatically change Jira configuration.
Access is provided through a CFGORA workspace associated with your connected Jira sites and Atlassian authorization. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Atlassian accounts used to connect, selecting the correct active Jira site, and ensuring only authorized administrators access your CFGORA workspace.
You connect Jira Cloud through Atlassian OAuth 2.0. Authorization happens directly with Atlassian; CFGORA does not receive your Atlassian password. You can revoke CFGORA access in your Atlassian account settings at any time. Disconnecting or switching sites within CFGORA does not delete Atlassian data.
CFGORA uses read-only access to analyse Jira configuration and administrative signals. Scans, findings, and recommended remediation tracking do not create, update, or delete Jira issues, workflows, fields, or automation rules. Marking a recommendation as completed in CFGORA records progress in CFGORA only.
CFGORA offers Free, Pro (€29/month), and Business (€79/month) plans with different entitlements, including Jira site limits, automatic scanning, scan history retention, CSV export, and active recommended remediation plan limits. Plan limits are defined in the product and on the Pricing page. Some existing workspaces may have legacy access outside the standard catalog; legacy entitlements are described in the product where applicable.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. CFGORA stores billing identifiers and subscription status needed to operate your plan; CFGORA does not store card numbers or CVC. Upgrades, trials, cancellations, and billing portal access are managed through the signed-in CFGORA workspace. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may affect paid entitlements according to the subscription status shown in Settings.
When automatic scanning is enabled for an eligible plan, CFGORA runs one read-only scan per connected Jira site per day. CFGORA runs one automatic scan per day for each enabled site, starting around 07:00 UTC. Actual scan times may vary. Automatic scanning requires a valid persisted Jira connection.
You must use CFGORA lawfully and only for Jira Cloud sites you are authorized to monitor. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, access another customer's workspace or data, or misuse OAuth credentials.
CFGORA, its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of the service operator. Jira data accessed through scans remains yours and Atlassian's according to your agreements with Atlassian. You receive a limited right to use CFGORA for internal configuration health monitoring while these terms apply.
CFGORA depends on Atlassian for Jira Cloud access and on Stripe for paid billing. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. CFGORA is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian. Jira and Atlassian are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd.
CFGORA provides visibility and recommendations based on available Jira signals. Health scores and findings may be incomplete if endpoints are unavailable or permissions are insufficient. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. CFGORA does not guarantee that every configuration risk will be detected or that following a recommendation will resolve a finding.
You may stop using CFGORA by revoking Atlassian access and disconnecting sites. CFGORA may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued operation poses a security or abuse risk. Saved scan history and workspace records may remain subject to the retention approach described in the Privacy policy until deletion is requested.
CFGORA may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated last-revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
